“Meditation Express” makes a wonderful gift for your stressed-out friends, family members, colleagues, health care provider, (or even yourself).
We encourage you to support your neighborhood bookstore by purchasing our book locally. However, it is carried by all online booksellers for your convenience. If you have any trouble finding our book, please email us, and we’ll see what we can do.
In the United States, many local libraries include our book. If yours doesn’t, please suggest that your librarian purchase it. We also encourage those of you in a position to do so, to consider donating a copy to your local library, hospital ICU waiting room, Homeless or Domestic Abuse Shelter, or Cancer Support Group. Thank you.
If you have any questions or need meditation ideas for specific concerns (grief, health isssues, etc.), write or email us (no attachments, please), and we will respond. It may take us awhile if we’re travelling, so remember to keep breathing while you wait.
